Committees

Give an hour a month, shape the mission.

Committees are where professionals plug their talents in year-round. Most meet once a month, with a little independent work between meetings.

Marketing Committee

Amplify the mission through clear, compelling storytelling that draws in donors, volunteers, and partners.

Who it's for: Marketing, design, communications, or branding people — creative thinkers who love storytelling and visual impact.

🕑 1 meeting/month + 1–3 hours

Impact Committee

Protect the heart of the mission — making sure trips, grants, and volunteer experiences are meaningful and true to our values.

Who it's for: Past volunteers or donors who love big-picture thinking and want to stay close to the human side of the work.

🕑 1 meeting/month + 1–2 hours

Development Committee

Fuel the mission by helping raise the funds we need to operate, grow, and expand our impact.

Who it's for: Relationship builders and connectors who believe in the mission and are comfortable inviting others in.

🕑 1 meeting/month + 2–4 hours

Finance Committee

Safeguard the financial health, transparency, and long-term sustainability of the Foundation.

Who it's for: Financial professionals and detail-oriented thinkers who value stewardship and stability.

🕑 1 meeting/month or quarter

Team Lead Coordinator

Lead a volunteer team on an impact trip.

Team Lead Coordinators are the connective tissue of every trip — welcoming volunteers, keeping teams organized and cared for, and helping first-timers feel at home from the first day to the last.
